We ask for a deposit for your stay when booking our villa, which amounts to €2000. This deposit is in addition to the total price, but will be returned to you after your stay. More information can be found in our terms and conditions.

Please note that during the end-of-year period, the minimum stay is 7 days (6 nights).
2024: from 20/12 to 26/12/2024 and from 27/12 to 3/1/2024.
2025: from 19/12 to 25/12/2024 and from 26/12 to 1/1/2024 inclusive.

Can the gîte be rented by companies ?

The gîtes can be rented by companies. Sous le bois has a large open space with smart TV.
When booking, you can leave your VAT details and we will send you an invoice for the period you are staying in our gîte.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

The deposit for the holiday home is 2000euros and must be paid within 10 days of your reservation to make the booking final.

When will I get the deposit back?

The deposit will be refunded within 10 days of the stay.
Here, only the cost of drinks and any damage will be deducted.
Within 10 days of your stay, we will also ensure that a paid invoice is issued.

Gewoon weg prachtig! Zeer vriendelijk onthaald door de eigenaar. Sauna, binnenzwembad maar in de zomer het gevoel dat je buiten zit. De bar is een zeer cosy plekje waar je fijne momenten kan beleven😉 Op elk detail is hier gelet. Zeer mooi! Kortom... Wij komen nog eens terug! Topweekendje gehad.👍 Sous le Bois

Afgelopen week een heerlijke top vakantie gehad in de stijlvolle villa. In de corona tijd hier toch vakantie kunnen vieren. De locatie is perfect en is mooi afgelegen. Er zijn goede corona maatregelen getroffen door de eigenaar. Er is overal aangedacht. De kinderen en wij hebben enorm genoten van de ruimte die wij hadden. Mooi prive voetbalveldje, speeltoestellen en binnenzwembad waarbij de schuifpuien open geschoven konden worden bij lekker warm weer. Wij willen hier nog zeker terug komen.

Wat een schitterend huis. Het ontbreekt je nergens aan. Alles is tot in de puntjes geregeld en Jo is een hele fijne gastheer. Kortom, overweeg je een verblijft in deze woning, twijfel niet langer en boek direct.

We gingen naar een werkshop bij Jo thuis. De locatie is nog mooier dan op de foto 's. Een perfecte plek.

Uitzonderlijk lang familieweekend voor onze ouders 60 jaar bruiloft. Voor elk wat wils. We waardeerden vooral: het comfort, de ruimte (binnen en buiten), het zwembad, de sauna, de slaapkamers, de woonkamer, de speelkamer, de keuken (groot, met 2 vaatwassers). De omgeving is uitstekend, mooie wandelingen rondom het huis, en een prachtige omgeving. Jo reageert snel, heeft ons goed geïnformeerd. Kortom, geweldig verblijf , we raden het absoluut aan.
