When booking our gîte, we ask for a deposit for your stay, which is €250 per stay. This deposit is in addition to the total price, but will be returned to you after your stay. More information can be found in our terms and conditions.

Please note that during the end-of-year period, the minimum stay is 7 days (6 nights).
2024: from 20/12 to 26/12/2024 and from 27/12 to 3/1/2024.
2025: from 19/12 to 25/12/2024 and from 26/12 to 1/1/2024 inclusive.

What are the dimensions of the beds?

Bedroom 1 : 1 bed of 160 x 200

Are there many hiking trails nearby?

In our gite you can find hiking maps with different routes in and around Fanzel.

Are cots available ?

There is 1 cot available, as well as a high chair.

What facilities are provided in the gîtes?

As many facilities as possible are provided,
Coffee, tea, sugar, salt , pepper, 10 different spices,
If you as guests miss anything, you can always pass it on and we will take care of it next time.

Are bath towels provided?

Bath towels are provided at each stay.

Is shower gel or soap available?

Shower gel and soap are provided.

Can the gîtes be rented by companies?

Yes definitely, we also make an invoice at the company every time, so you can enter this in the accounts.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

The deposit for the gîte is 250euros and must be paid within 10 days of your reservation to make the booking final.

When will I get the deposit back?

The deposit will be refunded within 10 days of the stay.
Here, only the cost of drinks and any damage will be deducted.
Within 10 days of your stay, we will also ensure that a paid invoice is issued.

What do our guests say?

Wonderful accommodation with a fantastic garden where the L'aisne flows past at the back. The garden is fully enclosed so your dog cannot get away and the back border is the river. Excellent beds and the house is fully equipped. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely come back here.

The contact with the host was super. Furthermore, the cottage was as nicely furnished and as cosy as shown in the photos. We spent a lot of time in the veranda by the fireplace with a beautiful view of the garden and the river.

Very nice beautiful gite, quietly located in a village with many walks through the surrounding forests. The cottage is very cosy, with a mix of rustic and modern.

Rustige en ontspannende locatie vlak aan het riviertje met een héél mooi uitzicht vanuit de living en de veranda! Héél nette, mooie, gezellige Gîte! Met héél veel smaak ingericht/gedecoreerd! Het is zeker een pluspunt dat er een haardkachel is om de koude avonden extra gezellig te maken. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is er.

Beautifully decorated house, everything provided! The smallest detail was thought of here! There was beautiful Christmas decor during our stay which made it extra cosy! Accommodation was top, location rather remote but really enjoyed the peace and quiet and you can get anywhere by car! Bakery and grocery at 3 km!
